It's understandable that you would have questions when you're considering relinquishing some control of your business. You need to be sure you're choosing the right people.

How does this work if you are in Spain and my business is UK based?

The majority of our clients have a UK based business and other than not being available for face-to-face meetings, there isn't any difference. Everything we do is internet based, so can be done from anywhere in the world, mobile calls are the same price across Europe plus we have a landline with a UK number with all calls to and from the UK at National Rate. If we really need to see each other we also use Skype. We've even repaired software problems with client's laptops using Teamviewer where we can, with permission, gain remote access.


Do you build your own websites?

We build websites from scratch using the WordPress platform, which is currently used on a third of all the websites in the world.


I have a website, could you take over the maintenance and update it?

We'd be happy to take a look at it for you.


Do you provide any other services?

We are currently providing PCI-DSS compliance services for clients with card payment providers and provision of Monthly Management Reports for clients with cloud based till systems.
We'd be happy to look at providing assistance to our clients in any way we can that would help them in their business.


Do you do e-commerce sites?

Yes. We currently build both Opencart, Woo Commerce and Magento sites.


Can you set up web hosting for us?

Yes. Recommend using Go Daddy for hosting your website, it has one of the best up times in the industry.


What is the Learning Academy you mention on your website?

It's a work in progress at the moment. The story is as follows:
Firstly we enjoy the buzz of helping small businesses succeed, however we limit our client portfolio in order to provide an outstanding level of service.
Secondly, the clients we do have tend to stay with us, in fact most have been with us since we started.
We have now created a way to help out other business owners by creating an online academy to teach everything we know about marketing a small business, from creating an advert, to creating a social media presence and through to building a website.
We're intending to provide all this information in easy to implement step-by-step guides.
There will be a low monthly membership fee for access to the online academy.
